Weston is the most affluent town in Massachusetts and the third most affluent town in the United States (with a population of over 10k).  If you like your privacy, Weston is the town for you as most homes are situated on very large lots with estate-like settings.  Weston is also the only town in the Greater Boston area to have private roads and state-of-the-art police systems.  Most likely the reason why Weston has one of the lowest crime rates in Greater Boston.

Weston public schools system is simply stellar and consistently ranks in the top 5 in Greater Boston.  In 2016, Weston Public Schools ranked #2 (just behind Dover/Sherborn) as the best public school in Greater Boston.

While Weston will never be known as a "hot spot" for nightlife and restaurants, they do have their fair share of local eateries.  Most importantly, Weston is situated just off of the MA Pike and 128 so access in any direction is quite easy.

As with any highly sought after town, Weston has all the ingredients that todays homeowners seek.  However, when you have it all, it doesn't come cheap.  Weston real estate prices are some of the highest in the MetroWest & Greater Boston area yet worth every penny.
